CellFill provides a fast and efficient filling experience designed to exceed your expectations on timeliness, cost savings and logistical planning.
Here's a quick look at what you can expect from CellFill's start-to-finish process:
INITIAL JOBSITE MEETING
Every job is different and requires calculations and planning for both the cellular concrete and site logistics. We tailor each mix to the specifics of your individual project and provide data in real-time as you need it on site.
SET UP
The CellFill℠ Team arrives on-site with matching company shirts and safety gear. Our turnkey operation handles all of the set-up, work, and clean-up. As long as the water is available on-site, we are ready to go.
Your team is welcome to check in on our process at any point and our team leader will keep the on-site engineer/contractor updated daily on job progress.
PUMPING
We pump at rates up to 150 cu yds/hr in up to 13' lifts. We are fully insured and our teams are properly trained to handle on-the-job obstacles quickly and professionally.
JOB SIGN OFF & CLEANUP
Once the fill is complete, our team leader will meet with the on-site contractor representative to assure the job is done to your satisfaction. We leave the jobsite as clean as when we arrived.
FOLLOW-UP
As part of our quality control and assurance program, we follow up each job with in-house testing of concrete samples collected on-site to validate that our material properties are meeting contractor specifications.
